The elegant ultra all inclusive Reef Oasis Blue Bay is a 5-star resort located in Sharm El Sheikh, 2km from the famous Naama Bay and 5 km from the airport. The property includes a private beach area, a water park and an outdoor pool. Free WiFi access is available in public areas.

All rooms at the Reef Oasis are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom. The registration will be in the main lobby with the look and sound of luxury fountain, music and aroma thereby. There is a welcome area with welcome drinks served to you with our gracious hospitality upon your arrival.

The Food and Beverage outlets will include the breakfast snacks and light lunches in both Leisure pool bar and beach bar. The fisherman bar will be serving you drinks at the infinity pool until sunset. The main dining room “Bay View” will be available with great varieties and food offering on its Breakfast, Lunch and dinner buffets. The Italian Restaurant will be open via our reservation program. The Gallery area along with the Pub bar will be operating 24 hours with sandwiches and beverage menu.

We will have the Leisure pool with its Jacuzzi area and water slides, Baby Pool and infinity pools with the Jacuzzi area operating for your convenience along with the beach with the three Jacuzzis®.

Room service will be operated 24 hours “on additional charge basis”. The property includes animation and entertainment, a sport zone, a diving center, a gym and a Spa. Reservations are required.

For the convenience of our guests, the hotel provides a free “Tuftuf” every 5 min and golf carts for special service like luggage delivery.

Exceptional

Our second visit to Reef Oasis Blue Bay from April 26 to 30 reaffirmed that this place is a true paradise. The hotel continues to impress with its magnificent reef, friendly staff, and high level of service. Despite a minor mix-up with the room on the first day - we were offered a different room than we had booked - the situation was quickly resolved after we approached the registration desk. This minor incident did not affect our overall impression, and we eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return here again.

We had only 5 days and nights to enjoy our stay at the hotel. :(

Excellent Hotel with good house Reef, Great onsite Diving school. Super Location

Pefectly situated between Namma bay and Soho Square, both only 5 minutes by taxi. Hotel Taxis charged 100 Eygption to both desinations, 150 Eygption to airport, 300 to the old town. (be prepared to haggle) The Diving school and facilities at the hotel are first class. I saw a 5 meter Manta Ray on my second dive from the beach. Snorkling off the pier is excellent. We had a 45 squre meter deluxe room with 4 meter high ceiling, the room was spotlerssly clean with free mini bar. Plenty of restaurants to choose from although the food does not vary much from day to day.

The pillow we’re like bricks, although there were 4 Ala-carte restaurants on site we were only allowed two visits which had to be booked on arrival. I found out guests who had booked through TUI were offered 5 visits in a week. Although the Beach is large swimming access for children is limited unless they are good swimmers.

Amazing Hotel - amazing Reef area for snorkeling.

Was amazing specially reef area for snorkeling and diving .. Reception team was most helpful and check in and out was fast and with good experts specially form Jordian and kholoud they are always doing their best. Food is fantastic. My kids like animation team too much Recommended this hotel for who ever your age , young couples or family There is small enough sandy beach area for kids too.

(6) Syrian, Indian, Chinese Restaurant is very good (7)- Beach and Diving Bridge : (Very Good) , but Beach with Rough sand and gravel

(1)- Room Service and House keeping ( Very Very Poor), They didn't respond for any inquiries although repeating : we got only two soaps and Toilet paper roll during 4 nights , Although we ask house keeping many times , but we didn't got for 2 days. (2)- Restaurant Cleanliness: ( Poor) : Flies was inside restaurant , many chefs prepare food without any gloves, , Bread fallen to the ground by someone and Chef Pick up it and return it again to it's Dish after looking both sides. (3)- Toilets without Washing feature . (4) Animation Team (Boring) (5)-Some Receptionists was NOT FRIENDLY (6)- The PUB Cafe is a fantastic Place with a great sea view , but Without air condition till 3 PM everyday although temperature More than 40 C

The hotel's location is not good,u need to ride from the hotel to the main road,and no transportation from the hotel to the first gate u have to walk this distance,but in general the hotel is great

We had to call on 3 nights regarding our AC not working. They did fit in every night, but it was just a pain. Food was sometimes quite repetitive.

Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful Vaction

- Staff are really great, very polite and always helpful, the reception staff were great, and also everyone I met there. - The location, the hotel design and the variety of restaurants are wonderful. - The room was spacious, very clean, and the furniture were in a very good condition. - Food and drinks (all inclusive) are everywhere and any time. Food variety in the main restaurant (lunch and dinner) are a "little" bit limited, the same with the breakfast restaurant. We sticked to the specialized restaurants for dinner. The Indian/Chinese/Lebanese restaurant is the best, great food really. The Italian restaurant is good but also very food variety is limited for all inclusive. The fish restaurant is the same as the Italian, but the food is not that good. - Swimming pools are amazing, so you should visit them for sure. - The park is right outside the hotel "onsite" and well guarded. - Hotel overall cleanliness is 8/10, rooms overall cleanliness is 7/10. The bed sheets, covers and towels cleanliness 7/10.

- The beach mattresses are really old and worn out, that doesn't match the hotel quality. - The same comment is about the towels, and most of the linens in the room. - The animation staff and the night shows is less than expected from a hotel with this quality. - There is a main point of slow housekeeping in cleaning the rooms, and they are not really cleaning like it should be. In my opinion this is the weakest point in the hotel.

Superb resort wonderful location, reef, staff

The service from the staff was exceptional. From Hany and Ahmed at reception, to Eslad, Mahmoud and Hamdy at the pool bar. The spa was superbly relaxing and the beauty service from Karima for me and my daughter was really wonderful and a highlight of our stay. Our family room was fantastic - really spacious with separation and 2 bathrooms. Modern decor and very clean. The location and infinitely pool was gorgeous and the reef just off the beach was the best and most easily accessed hotel reef we have ever stayed at. The mature gardens and especially the cactus garden were really beautiful and added to our stay.

The staff from the be bar barman (Mohamed) to the management and staff at reception where excellent. Food was outstanding, pool and beach staff where really great. The waiters served us where tops

The hotel was excellent from Mohamed at the beach bar who gave us excellent service to the pool guys who always gave us a place to sit and to the reception, the assistant manager of 3 of the restaurant, Sunset cove, Le romantique, Fisher mans restaurant excellent service and to Ahmed for organizing a cake for out first wedding anniversary, to many to thank so thank all of you for the great service, The hotel is great

Poor housekeeping and weak animation team specially with Egyptians also I had very disappointing incident during my stay with one of the duty managers that would make me think twice before coming back to reef oasis although it’s my second visit to the hotel but the incident was very frustrating

Very good overall experience. Was a big complex but felt relaxing.

Good room in convenient location near the reception. Always cleaned to an excellent standard. Staff were excellent. Buffet food of good standard particularly the Indian dishes. Good swimming pools and great having a lift down to beach. Entertainment team all friendly.

A la carte restaurants ( Asian, Italian and French) all quite disappointing. The French one was very poor. Felt as though the buffet restaurant were 50% understaffed. Those who were working were at full stretch.

everything is perfect, great reef, very tasty European food, great green territory and perfect service in case of Egypt. Thanks much for Mr. Amr who helped in management of my extra requirements.

All in all we loved the place it was tremendous experience we would definitely go back again soon

Awesome location Great infinity pool Recommend resort for relaxing and couples specially The all inclusive bars The aqua was real fun it’s not sophisticated but the activities was amusing I loved it The sea breeze restaurant location was amazing The staff treatment is nice and almost fair with egyptains and foreigners I need to thank Mr Ahmed the reception agent in morning shift seriously one of the best customer experience with him also thanks for Mr Tamer the head of reception fot his assistance and professional attitude in dealing with some issue at the room

Food was almost the same dishes daily I didn’t enjoy it The housekeeping is miserable they have a serious issue with this service and other guests were over complaining at the reception cause the bad experience with the housekeeping The animation was one of the worst things they just want to take you outside for clubbing Poor nightlife activities Poor activities on the beach and pools excluding the aqua
